Since October 2022, the Somerset Schoolhouse Book Club has brought readers together each month to share thoughtful conversations, delicious food, and handcrafted cocktails in the welcoming atmosphere of the Schoolhouse.

What began as a small group of people who simply loved books has grown into a vibrant and diverse community of readers. Some members have been here since the very first meeting, while others have joined us more recently. No matter how long you’ve been part of the club, there is always a place at our table for you.

Each gathering is an opportunity to discover a unique story, hear different perspectives, laugh together, and connect with others who appreciate the joy of a good book. Our discussions are engaging and thought-provoking. You don’t have to be an expert reader or have every detail memorized — just bring your curiosity, your thoughts, and your enthusiasm for being part of the conversation.

The Somerset Schoolhouse Book Club is about more than the books we read. It’s about friendship, community, and creating a space where people can slow down, share an experience, and enjoy an afternoon together. Whether you’re a lifelong book lover or looking for a fun new way to meet people, our book club is a wonderful community to be part of.

Come for the book. Stay for the conversation, cocktails, and connection.

New members are always welcome. We’d love to have you join us at the next gathering.
