For this gathering, we’ll be featuring a signature book club drink—a refreshing twist on the classic Aperol Spritz. Our version replaces Aperol with Bitter Bianco and has Prosecco, and a splash of club soda. The result is a beautifully balanced spritz that is slightly less sweet, highlighting complex herbal notes with a subtle grapefruit-like bitterness.
